"Cosaan" - the forthcoming album by Lamine Toure and Group Saloum - will appear on "Africa in America 2010" November 13-14th. The show can be heard on the Afropop Worldwide website. "Cosaan" was recorded at Notable Productions and features a lively and unique blend of Senegalese mbalax, jazz, funk, reggae and Afrobeat with the captivating percussion of world-renowned griot percussionist Lamine Toure.
